If I could give 10 stars I would! This location is conveniently on my way to class and they always have the best selection in geek bars and other vapes at a great price. Also their rewards program is great and saves me money in the long run compared to other shops. Highly recommend!

Been living in El Paso for the better part of two years. I've worked in several smoke shops before, so I'm well aware of how inventory/ordering product is done. I've never shopped or worked anywhere before where product sold and was not replaced, especially not if you had a regular customer base who purchased the product. Been trying now for almost half a year to have a constant supply of American Spirit RYO in a pouch at ANY of their locations, and no one is able to provide it, to provide a proper inventory list to whoever does inventory or to give any information as to WHY you would not carry one of the most expensive RYO tobaccos in a "smoke shop"Only was told today, by likely their one helpful employee, that they just don't carry it anymore, as of a month or so ago.I buy a pouch a week, when I can find the goddamned things, regardless of price. Having a hard time reconciling this apparent lack of care or lack of interest in a constant sale with the idea of this being a "smoke shop"It's a vape shop for kids

This is my go to smoke shop! It’s the best vape shop on the Westside and it’s so convenient for me since I work on this side of town and it’s open 24/7. Their variety of disposable vapes and flavors is huge and there’s always a friendly face. I come here for ALL my smoke needs!!

Despite what the hater comments say this place is open 24/7, i have been coming here for the 60 different types of kratom strains (atleast) and to chill in their hammock. Seen some pretty intense chess games here too☮️

Matteo is the absolute best customer service person I've ever come across. He's always so helpful and is always there! However after doing two extremely large transactions we were made aware that the employees do not recognize compensation or even commission off those large purchases. I really hope the company remedies this and allows employees to receive some commission off of purchases over $500, other than that our favorite shop to go to thanks to Matteo and Matteo alone. 💖

I bought a delta 8 disposable from them and that afternoon it wasn’t hitting anymore. They are amazing for having that 2 day warranty they changed it out for me no problem! Staff was superrr friendly and knowledgeable about the tons of products they carry. I had seen a TikTok about Kratom and it caught my eye so I decided to ask about it- The very nice young man answered my hundred questions and actually recommended me a beginner friendly strain that I ended up loving! I definitely will be back to this fantastic shop!

Walking into the store, I noticed the person at the counter was very respectful. I was in a bit of a rush, and I asked them if there is any deals on any of their disposable nicotine vapes and sure enough I was able to get the buy one get one 50% on the geek bars. This place is great. I get all my incense sticks here for super cheap. They often carry vapes other places don’t have or run out of. The staff is always very knowledgable, friendly, and engage you in conversation. I haven’t yet run into anyone unpleasant. I enjoy my trips here, oh and they have a rewards program.

I wanted to get some cbd oil meds for my cat to help him calm down and stay off his feet because of an injured paw. Petco didn't have any so I figured why not try here. I forget the young woman's name with glasses, but I told her what I wanted and she took me over to a counter and pulled out a little cbd vial specifically for animals and told me she recommends that stuff. So I said perfect and bought it and gave some to my cat, 20 minutes later my little kitty is laid out on the bed just enjoying himself and resting away in his own little world. A great place I stopped into while visiting El Paso with a friend Needed a torch for you know things you need a torch for. Very friendly service and was helped immediately to find exactly what I needed. I ended up liking the torch better than unit I had left at home. It is now the primary. Would visit the shop again next time I am in town for sure. Very down to earth .

The manager named will is very professional and helpful. I bought a battery and thought it didnt work so i took it to return it and there were no return issues. He helped me and replaced my battery. His employees were very helpful as well. BEST SMOKE SHOP ON MONTANA! -JESUS I.

This shop is great I didn’t know they sold delta products; I went in looking for some papers and the delta section caught my eye. They recommended me a delta 8 disposable and I decided to get a cart as well. I was hesitant at first but they informed me they had a warranty on the disposable and I was able to test out my cart in the store. Everything was perfect 😁 thank you guys I will be back!!
